Hi guys! It’s a new year, and I’m bursting with optimism for the months ahead. I’m trying to take on another challenge; one that I have always started and failed at.

Oui, madame et monsieur. Hahaha! As usual, I am putting this on writing to put pressure on myself. There’s no going back now. :)) I’m doing the course on Babbel. Has anyone tried it? Thoughts?
I also took on a Goodreads reading challenge. I pledged to read 20 books this year since my record last year is an embarrassing 10. Being the competitive creature that I am, I will try to outdo my 2017 self.
Saving money, being healthy, being kind to others… these are the goals that are supposed to be done all the time anyway. Kumbaga sa school, those are the core subjects. French is my extra-curricular. 🙂
I also thought of continuing my Art History course (I finished one subject 2 years ago and didn’t take the next one), but I felt that learning a third language may be more useful to me at this time. Also, the art courses are more expensive than the language courses. Can’t indulge too much because, you know, I’m “adulting”.
